Hello all. I will be attending Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas in September and was wondering, how was starting your LCB school and what to expect. I'm really looking forward to it, any comments would be greatly appreciated.

California Culinary Academy here - Day one was mostly distribution of books and tools, day two we started on knife skills.
i'm four months into my program and i'm loving it. expect the size of your class to decrease as people realize this isn't for them or that they'd rather just work rather than try to do that and go to school.

I will tell all the instructors are committed to your future, it must be a partnership to your success, don’t get distracted and be passionate about what you want from the program. There are so many opportunities take advantage of them, add value to the school, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas, and the profession!
